Walsgrove Hill

Walsgrove Hill forms part of the Silurian Ridge of the Abberley Hills. The Hills are formed by steeply dipping and overturned Wenlock and Ludlow series rocks. All of which are the result of the Malvern axis. Here are some of the best fossiliferous outcrops and exposures of the Much Wenlock Limestone and Aymestry Limestone formations in the Geopark.
